
"Our Meat Team is a unique collection of individuals that make up our Meat Department and each of them contributes something that makes us a destination butcher shop.
"We have Paul Bowie who has been cutting meat at Bow Street for over 37 years, Gary Wilson of 25 years in addition to Patrick who is our Department Lead with great Pineland experience. We also have 2 great new additions: Adam Tice, who brings a great culinary point of view to our team. He helps to develop our oven ready sets, explores new/revisited trends in meat cutting and helps the customers greatly with wine pairings. Michael Routhier also joined our team when we opened the new store. In addition to being a star cutter, he excels at educating our customers about Pineland and helping people find the cut that is right for their meal.
