A true, Italian culinary dining experience! James Beard award-winning chef/owner, Chef Adams, carefully researches regional New England purveyors and local farmers to get the best ingredients for her recipes. Chef Adams’ creative cuisine and style of cooking has won some of the most prominent “foodie” awards in the industry. Pineland Farms was proud to host the entire Rialto staff for their “Guerilla Grilling”; an educational outing designed to connect her staff to the farmers and artesian producers that supply the restaurant. The grilled Pineland sirloin steak, portabella, arugula, parmigiano reggiano and truffle oil dish is divine!
